This blog has been through more transformations than I can count. Originally it started as a way to help others get fit. Of course that failed when I gained all sorts of weight and had trouble getting it that weight off. Luckily I found a great way to get and stay in shape.
So I changed the focus of the blog and began my quest with CrossFit, building and stocking my own garage gym. Eight months ago, I began getting a few requests for workout information (even though the information is all over the net free for the taking).
I started putting together information and sending out links here and there. The information was always “How To” videos, body weight workouts and Paleo. Basically stuff anyone could do at home without having to spend too much money.
A few months later I put together a few simple workouts and some Paleo links for my brother in law, who was entering a small weight loss competition. Needless to say the guide helped, and he won. His success and subsequent posting of his story helped spawn similar requests from various readers.
I made that list into a short PDF form and my simple “Beginners guide to getting fit was born.

Since then, that small guide has been downloaded many times over, I have updated it twice and this is the latest version.
I now have a small, but growing group of people who are actively following the guide in one way or another. Several have started communication via Facebook asking for more info and some are actively messaging me daily for tips.
This guide is for the people who can’t or won’t visit an affiliate for one reason or another. If that’s you just follow the link and download the guide, it’s free and full of great information.
It is not all-inclusive and in no way represents every bit of expert advice and training you could get at a CrossFit affiliate. It is a beginning though and my hope is that it will get some people, some where, motivated, off their couch and exercising and maybe into an affiliate.
If you’re an affiliate owner or trainer I’d love to have you join some of the conversations on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/BilderzUSA .
Although I am able to answer various questions and provide links to resources, a bit of professional advice is always nice. You’re the pros with the real training, love to hear from you.
* Bilderz.com is not affiliated with CrossFit (We just love it).
Hope to see you in the hills.
