I thought Todays workout would be an easy one, I decided to use five lb weights to complete the reps/sets I posted in the "Todays Workout". Well I only got to 40 , 30 , 20 , 2o and that was with a small rest during the reps to let my shoulders rest. At the end I was resting every five, just to get to twenty. Hope you do better than I did and good luck.
So stinking hungry right now I can't think about anything but food. Taco salad sounds good, not to healthy the way I like it.
