Well I’ve been at CrossFit for a while and have been following a Paleo-ish diet for over six months (sorry I don’t have the money to go grass fed) and I’ve come to a few conclusions about both. Here is a quick list of twenty some that stand out in my mind. I’d love to hear yours.
1. I was completely out of shape before I started CrossFit.
2. I had little to no flexibility and am still lacking in many areas.
3. As I get older the diet of my “youth” doesn’t work anymore.
