The other day I had a friend join me for one of my hill hikes. I think he enjoyed it enough that he decided to take me up on the offer to workout a couple days a week. As you know if you read this blog at all, I’m all about CrossFit. I’ve tried all the other programs out there etc… and honestly, although brutal at times, CrossFit’s my cup of tea.
My workout partner told me recently that I would be on my own because CrossFit was just to hard. So I was excited that I might get another partner so soon. That excitement faded pretty quickly when my soon to be new partner told me that he’d workout, but there was no way he was doing CrossFit. Needless to say the rest of the conversation went downhill, if you’ve met me I can be pretty blunt, which sometimes is not my best trait.
