One of the biggest enemies to my diet is getting hungry late at night.
Yesterday I was doing so well. I ate cereal for breakfast and a small lunch.
For some reason I just wasn’t that hungry for dinner, neither was Mayra, so we decided to skip it, big mistake. I did my chest workout, took a shower and decided to sit back and relax before bed. About 9:00 P.M I started to feel the hunger build, I looked over at Mayra and boom fifteen minutes later beautiful succulent pizza sat in front of me. It was so good, but boy did I feel like a fat ass after that. To top of the experience I went to bed immediately afterward, another big no no in my book. On the plus side I got my lab results back from a recent doctors visit and everything is fine, even my normally high cholesterol . Guess the diet and workout is doing some good.
