When working on Muscle Up's I scoured YouTube. What I found was that most of the videos had a slightly different approach when teaching them. I liked the first one in the list the best, but that's just my opinion. Use what worked best for me, might not work for you. Please share more if you got them, this is by no means an all inclusive list. On a side note, if you have the spare change become a member of the CrossFit Journal, they have a bunch of great videos for subscribers only.
